Hello! I’m Stella, a third grader from Class A at Kyung Hee Elementary School.
Today, I want to recommend one of my favorite Korean foods to my foreign friend, pork ribs.
Pork ribs, called Dwaeji-galbi in Korean, are a delicious dish made by seasoning pork ribs and grilling them. The sauce is made with soy sauce and sugar, so it tastes sweet and salty. It’s really yummy!
We usually eat pork ribs with fresh vegetables like lettuce and perilla leaves. Adults enjoy eating them with spicy peppers and Korean liquor, called soju. Children like to eat them with rice and soybean paste stew because it’s healthy and tasty.
I really want to recommend this food to foreigners who visit Korea.
After trying pork ribs, I think you will enjoy Korean food and love Korea even more!
Thank you for listening. I hope you can try pork ribs one day, they’re so delicious!
