Meeting with other sites' coworkers

I'm going to have a meeting with other sites' coworkers in Japan.
The people from China, Australia, Japan, Korea, and others will join and use English to discuss some issues in Japan.
This is first time that I participate it. So, I'm so nervous and looking forward to the meeting.

It made me stressful. So, I changed my mind and made a decision to enjoy it.
