I can think of my good habits first. I'm so industrious that I always make plans what I should do everyday. Every night and mornig, I check out my plans and visualize it to carry out the plans well. So I usually fulfill the plans as I expected and I feel I can reach my goals by carrying out plans. However, there is a problem in this habit. Since I always try to carry out the plans perfectly, I'm tied down by them. When there are changes of plans, I feel bad at not carrying out the plans. Also trying hard to do the things make me not to ease my mind even if I want to take a rest. That's why I think of my good habit can sometimes a bad habit.
