My first class

This is my first class with you!!

You asked me a lot about myself and taught me how to improve speaking skills in the class.
My director is a foreigner lived in Australia and had call meetings with me every week.
So, I really need to improve my English for my job.

My director is a foreigner. He lives in Australia and we have call meetings every week.

(We use present tense (lives) because if until now, your director is in Australia; you should use present tense for that. It is the same with using (have) because you do it every week.)
So, I really need to improve my English skills for my job.
