The balance of work and life

I think It’s important balance life and work.
To living own life, earning money is essential to adults, but it is also important spending time with my family and friends.
So I want to manage balance work and free time even though my boss asked to me to work overtime.
So to keep my free time, I ‘m trying to work on focus my work during work time.
After finishing my duties as soon as possible I can do, I want to refresh to work next day;s work to do better.
Resting and time for wrapping up the day are very important to me.
