Because the week before I had a stomach bug and and the next week There was a confirmed patient in the gym so I decided not to go there for a week.
My condidtion didt come back fully so I didnt work out hard but coach told me his life stories.
He met many girls and he never stopped dating now he settled down with his girl friend but it is quite tricky because the girl lives in the Vietnam and she has a kid and she didt divorce with his husband but separated.
It is very difficult situations so I adviced him to bring his girl friend other wise long distance relationship can be very difficult.
I dont know his idea but it is so non sense to me.
My coach is almost 40 so he should get married anyway but she is so far away from him and she still has a husband..
So complicated.
