About 6 months ago, I bought some item on the internet. It was supposed to deliver within 3days. I waited for my product but it didn't arrive. So I called to the company when I can get this. They said it was already shipped but still I didn't get it. I called shipping company to figure out what happened my item. But the employee treated me very unkindly. I was so upset. I almost a flight with this man. In the end, I couldn't receive the product even after 2weeks so I got a refund.
I think some of you experience like negative problems of e-commerce.
