I woke up at 6:00 AM and headed to the gym for a walk. Upon arrival, I was introduced to a new trainer who would be guiding my training sessions. He assessed my physical condition and provided advice on how to exercise while taking my plantar fasciitis into consideration. Throughout the session, I found myself feeling quite anxious because I was struggling to relax my muscles. To address this, I made a conscious effort to stretch frequently in order to ease my tension.
