When I request to department

My job is purchasing manager
Everyday I gave request list of Department
Sometimes I didn't find product that departments request same product. So I go to departments and I say " i didn't find , but I find similar products
Can you check again plz "
It is important work that i check delivery date, I take high quality and low price. So purchasing team find new supplier each everyday.
Although I work purchasing first time. I will do nice and successful. Thank you

As a purchasing manager, my daily task involves receiving request lists from various departments. Occasionally, I encounter situations where I cannot find the exact product requested by multiple departments. In such cases, I visit the departments and inform them, "I couldn't find the exact product, but I have found similar alternatives. Could you please review them again?"

It is crucial for me to carefully assess delivery dates, ensuring a balance between high quality and low prices. Therefore, our purchasing team seeks out new suppliers daily. Despite being new to the field of purchasing, I am committed to performing excellently and achieving success. Thank you.
