When worked in a theater, an old couple went to my cinema with reservation tickets but it was different place. It might be difficult for them to find the right cinema as we have quite similar ones around.
So, I explained the situation to manager and tried to help them to re-book the tickets for here. But they wanted to go to the original place. So, I called the other cinema where they first reserved the tickets. Besides, I called a taxi for them to avoid having difficulty find the right place.
