Should children make decision themselves?

Making decisions is an important thing in our life. It can change our life or the direction of our way. But, there are arguments with children 'Should children make decisions themselves?' In my opinion, I agree with the following statements.
In our life, there are many opportunities to make decisions. These decisions can lead to us big impacts, it depends on what is the problems. Most people will think that Children can not make decisions, however, if we allow them to do that, they'll do better as time goes by. Even if we became adults, we have to do make decisions own selves.
So, in the conclusion, the children I think it is good to make decisions from childhood, so they can chose wise decisions in the future.
