lose weight

I want to lose weight
but it is super difficult
because I like to eat
Actually I join the boxing class from last month but I rarely visit there.
Because it is very hard.
I had to memorize all the boxing steps and coach is really pushing.
But for the good summer I need to have fit body
So I need a plan
I heard it is very easy to lose weight when we have interval training.
I plan that so and also boxing class
I wish I can have a hot body for this summer.
