They didn’t have human rights. people treated them like an animal, and even if they die, no one cared. somehow in 1808 trading slaves became illegal, and in 1863, Lincoln, who thought racial discrimination is bad, which is different with others, became the president. so the black people could live as well as white people. But, after a few years Zimbabwe law which takes away black people rights steps up, and the way people look at black people gets worse. blacks could not go in to the whites restaurant and they need to use different rest room. white people says blacks carry extreme diseases, and also there is noway for the black people to get a good job. How ever at that time Martin luter king jr, was a minister like his father. “ Everyone can be great ” he said. Martin studied the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi. He learned how the indian nation won freedom without fighting.
