Why my leg is broken

Before I go to the school, I am playing with my brother.
We are passing a ball. After we pass ball few times.
I accidently step at ball and fell down. It hurt. But I went to school.
It continuously hurt so I went to the school clinic.
At first teacher say It is okay and spread some ointment.
And we do 2 more class and go to cafeteria.
I went to school clinic again then another teacher saw it and say that
it could be broken. I ride wheelchair and went outside where my mom is waiting.
At the hospital We picture X-RAY and doctor say it is broken.
and I am still wearing a cast.
