I think students should wear school uniforms in school because it will make and feel them more ready to learn and study in school and it will make less complicated and give benefits to everyone.According to some studies, students who wear uniforms got higher grades and good attendants because they feel more ready to school. Second reason is that it will make less complicated for teachers. For example, in my school there’s separate casual uniform and P.E uniforms which can be more easy to memorize the schedule which can be benefit to teachers, students and even parents.

Here’s the corrected version:
"I think students should wear school uniforms because it will make them feel more ready to learn and study, and it will simplify things, benefiting everyone. According to some studies, students who wear uniforms get higher grades and have better attendance because they feel more prepared for school. Another reason is that it simplifies things for teachers. For example, in my school, there are separate casual uniforms and P.E. uniforms, which makes it easier to remember the schedule. This benefits teachers, students, and even parents."

Corrections:
"make and feel them more ready" → "make them feel more ready"
"and" was unnecessary here. You only need "make them feel" to show the idea clearly.
"make less complicated" → "simplify things"
"Make less complicated" isn’t natural. "Simplify" sounds better and is easier to understand.
"students who wear uniforms got higher grades" → "students who wear uniforms get higher grades"
"Got" should be "get" to keep the sentence in the present tense.
"which can be more easy to memorize" → "which makes it easier to remember"
"More easy" is incorrect. "Easier" is the proper form. "Memorize" is fine, but "remember" sounds simpler in this context.
"which can be benefit to teachers" → "which benefits teachers"
"Can be benefit" is grammatically wrong. "Benefits" is the right word here.
