Today is Memorial Day.I climbed a nearby mountain with my dad and mom.It was hot, but it was very cool when I stepped into the valley.It was uncomfortable at first because there were a lot of bugs, but it was very fun to play in the cool water and observe the tadpoles.When I was having fun building a dam with rocks, I was bitten by mosquitoes.So I decided to stop playing and go home. We got some pizza and chicken to go and enjoyed it at home.I had a good time, but I still have very itchy bites.
