I would like to say that happiness comes from positive thinking and comes from an active behavior. For example, I love spending my leisure time but It is not always worthy. It is only worthy when we are doing some activities that are vital to our happiness. Be thankful also for everything. I know It's impossible to be always happy but with our family and friends It's possible. Lets also don't forget our happy memories in the past to keep the happiness for a life time our memory.
