S : It depends on the app. If the app has it, then I check it in the app. I search the website if it doesn’t have a feature that shows the location of the place I wish to rent. PropertyGuru shows location, so it’s fine.

H : I didn’t try to check it in PropertyGuru. I’d likely check the amenities in google map. If it is provided at the google maps level, I’ll check it in the app.
S : I didn’t. Lift, most important to me. And I prefer to close to train station, most. And properly walking distance. Personally I’d like place to exercise nearby like gym and swimming pool. If the property apps provide more information like location and amenities to me, It would be helpful. If the user experience is mostly line it’s easier. So if all the features are front loaded, meaning like If I search property that shows me all the things I want to for, I’m looking for, I’ll definitely approve that app.
