K : At first, I click the “Residential” button on the home screen. And then, If I know condo name, I search property by condo name. If I don’t know it, I search property by MRT name. When I search, I set search filters such as distance, number of rooms, price range, etc. Next, I sort lists again by ‘date’ or ‘price’ on the search result screen. I don’t trust sorting by recommendation. I usually sort by ‘date: new to old’ because if the property that is updated over 2 weeks before, I think it means it’s useless property. On the property detail screen, I usually tap photo and view photo by fullscreen. I sometimes tap “tap for amenities” button but not usual. I prefer agent’s descriptions more and I don’t trust amenities information. because it seems that there are advertising information a lot. I sometimes check ‘similar property’ area.
