I always do it when I work. I currently have been working in the fitness center which operate membership. so I generally meet regular customers it could make me catch customers' feature well and offer personal service (customer-oriented service) for customers. For example, I check in and check out by locker key and a locker has upside and downside. so I give a tall cunsoter upside locker key. one day, a short customer came in my center. I gave her the upper locker this is because she hurt her back and it could damage her back if she bend over. it is not big but, detail makes quality of service.
23. Have you made wrong decision at work?
while I'm working in the cinema, first of all, I tell information of my work that I cleaned the cinema and I check a movie ticket with welcoming them. and all of the cinema has each one entrance . it was busy day, a young student ask me she lost her backpack in a theatre and she wanted to check by entering the theatre. but when I clean the place, there is nothing. As for regulation, staff go to the place with customer. however, there was busy day, also, every co-workers as well me. so, I allow her go to the place alone. but after movie started, he did not come back. she lies to watch a movie free. so I feel disappointed on the other hands, I could call co-worker. I realized that if employee keep the regulation, someone watch for a chance negatively.

One day, a short customer came in my the center. I gave her the upper locker key this is because she hurt her back and it could damage her back if she bends over. It is not big but, detailed work makes a good quality of service.

As for our regulation, a staff must go inside to the place with the customer. however, since it there was a busy day, all staffs including me was also busy also, every co-workers as well me. so, I allowed her to go inside the place alone. but after when the movie started, she did not go out come back. she lies to watch the a movie for free. so I feltel disappointed though on the other hands I could just call a co-worker to help her. I realized that if an employee keeps the regulation, nothing like that will happen and no someone will ever do it. watch for a chance negatively.
