Which means, 190 innocent people died because of misjudgement. The fundamental problem of the death penalty is that every trial has potential to be a misjudgement. Even if the prisoners were found that they aren't guilty, no one can do anything. Death penalty can't be called just punishment because it can kill innocent people.
