For job interview

I'd like to get your feedback about grammar and expression. I have the job interview this Thursday. My biggest challenge in this position was when I just enter the company in 2018. I heard that I should go though the comprehensive audit within 3 months. So I need to speed up to understand the policy and fine the gap, and also implement the actions to meet the criteria. It was busy and hard job. But I could understand my work deeply at the starting point of my career. Thanks in advance
