How can I grow my english?

I think, 1. Many words merorize.
2. Studying Grammer.
3. Listen and repeat. Than, Listen things can be changed to korean means very soon in my head.
4. Speaking english with foreigner. but it need to exactly grammer.... and
5. Writing to english and than checking from good englisher?
6. Making friends to have a good english skill person?

I have a plan on July, I'll go to the Spain.
Because I want to go to the Ibiza island with my coworker.
We'll go to there, so I learn more english..

In July, I intend to visit Spain.
