Using the reviwed sentence

I've learned the usuful expression from my first class. So I want to make a sentance each phase.

First : If you want to succeed it is important to put yourself iut there.
Second: Putting your best foot forawrd is important when you have a interview for finding a job.
Third: Even though it is not good condition to run a own business it started off on the right foot.

These are what I learned. I heard these phase first. So It is not unfamiliar with me.
