Everyone of us ,especially working in the service field has lost of experiences to meet unpleasant customers with demanding requirement. So do I. I also have many ecperiences about that, however I'd like to share my one episode.
When i worked for Travel Agancy, there was a customer who asked me for making their own itinerary. So i was in charge of that. And i've almost set their schedule, he wanted to add some places which was visiting dark spot for men. I was really shocked. Because he told me it is a business trip for their team. I counld not accept it. I know that customer's requirement is the first then I though and I had to do this for my promotion. Even though I did not get it. I beilived it could ruin my companies reputation in the future and I did not give up my faith. In addition, it was illigal way in Korea.
So I reported my boss to quit it and fortunatley he accpeted it. After that I immedietly announced him to stop making their itinerary politely.
But he still wanted me to keep their deal because of my kindness and proper cost.
And I did my best for them.
I learned from it, good service is very important because i could make up their dicision and fill their satisfaction even I rejected their requirement one thing.

Everyone of us ,especially those who are working in the service field has a lot of experience in meeting an unpleasant and demanding customers. I also had many experiences about that and I'd like to share it.
I used to work in a Travelling Agency. One day, there was a customer who asked me to make their own itinerary. So i was in charge of it. When i was almost done setting up their schedule, he wanted to add some places which was visiting in a dark spot for men. I was really shock because he told me it is a business trip for their team. I couldn't accept it. I know that i need to comply because it was my job and i had to do it for my promotion. If i will agree with it, I believe that it could ruin my company's reputation in the future. I did not give up what i believe in. In addition, it was illegal in Korea.
So I reported it to my boss and i dropped it. Fortunatley, my boss accepted it immediately. After that, i told my costumer that i won't do their itinerary for legal reasons.
But he still wanted me to keep their deal because of my kindness and it was a reasonable price.
I learned that good service is very important and powerful because it could make up their desicion and reached their satisfaction even though I rejected their requirement at first.
