I am not so sure whether my writing sounds appropriate for this kind of document. (also not sure whether this writing is grammatically okay or not. Please advise me what to correct.)

Korea is keen on producing quality and innovative research that would benefit the nation’s future development and prosperity. Both the government and the science and research community are interested in learning lessons from advanced cases in order to strengthen Korea’s research environment and to promote effective collaboration with foreign research partners.
The UK’s research governance, underpinned by the dual funding support system and the Haldane principle, is often perceived to be very stable and productive. It, therefore, is meaningful to share the UK’s cases to support the strategic development of Korea’s research environment. It would lead to further exchanges and research collaboration between the UK and Korea.
