Mobile phones at school

In my school, homeroom teacher gathers student’s phones before first class is starting. And give it to us after all classes are finished.
But sometimes we need phones during classes, then we can get phones in homeroom teacher’s seat. I think this is the best way that we are going to submit phones to homeroom teacher before first class is starting and get it back after class finished, and when we need phones during class time then we get it in homeroom teacher’s seat. Same as our school!
