i am currently working for a coffee raseo cafe as a manager.
after graduating high school, i wanted to experience real world.
so i started working at a riborn cafe as a barista for half and a year.
as i had worked there i felt like making customers satisfied really suit me.
so i wanted to expand my experience and challenge more to run my own cafe based on my experience.
i was so confident to make it success because i made a lot of regular customers by providing customized service and meeting their needs with my interest, flexibility while i work
and so i did.
i've been running our coffee shop for over 4years.
i'm really competent to deal with people and passionate about customer service.
i always try to keep developing.
i started coffee delivery service at the first time in my neighborhood by accepting customer's feedback.
and other coffee shops started that after us.
i love to interact with customers because it's the best way to learn how i can satisfy customers and make them comfortable during listening to them.
i believe every details about customers have to share with colleague.
and making good working environment is also one of my responsibility.
