To begin with, the majority of business owners aren't driven solely by the pursuit of wealth. Because I do see two reasons that show business owners aren't driven solely by the pursuit of wealth.
The first reason is many business owners donate money to charities. Donating money to charities means they care about the welfare of others. For example, Bil Gates and warren Buffet contribution donate to charities.
The second reason is the desire to be successful in a comprehensive way. They are more concerned with reputation and public perception than profits. For example, the survey of executives wants wide-ranging success.
To sum up, some business owners are donating to charities and they have comprehensive thoughts except the pursuit of money. So I disagree with the following statement.
