Obesity

Dietary life of Korean has been changed. Obesity was not serious problems in my parents generation but it became social problems since my generation. It might started by western food came to Korea. Traditional Korean foods are very healthy, not to lead to be obesity. But cooking for Korean foods need a lot of time and effort. Youth today became to like to western food. Changing food life lead to Korean to be obesity. We need to eat less and exercise more when we’re getting older. Adult obesity can lose their weight to exercise and control calories. But child obesity is more serious. In the case of child, the number of cells are increasing. So it’s not easy to loose weight. We can not decrease cell’s number. When I was young I prefer to eat western food than Korean one. But when I’m getting older, I’m getting more like to eat Korean food. My food life style has been changed. I prefer eat vegetables and sea food than meat or instant foods. But my problem is that like to eat carbohydrates based food, noodle, bread or Korean rice cake etc. Carbohydrates make us to increase sugar and cholesterols. Even though I’m underweight but I have problems with high cholesterols. I’ve addicted to carbohydrates. After meals I want to eat some sweat deserts. In my case, I have to less eat carbohydrates. Experts said if we cut carbohydrates, we can easy to lose weight. So cutting carbohydrates diet is very hot these days. My friend had experienced that diet, she said she couldn’t endure. Cutting carbohydrates made her became very sensitive and bad temper.

We need to eat less and exercise more when we’re getting older. Adult obesity can lose their weight to exercise and control calories. by exercising and maintaining our calorie count. But child obesity is more serious. In the case of child, the number of cells are increasing. So iIt’s not easy to loose weight. We can not decrease cell’s number. When I was young I prefer to eat wWestern food than the Korean one.
