what do you think? An evenig of pork, rice and soju

This is the topic by the book 'open to debate'

1)How will the widespread problem of obesity affect the future of Korea?
My opinion : The increase of obesity will make diet company be successful a lot. Also many people are troubled with unexpected disease. Hospitals are filled with them and doctors are able to make money more. korean government will raise tax to take care of them, and whoever has to follow the policy of the government.
If they couldn't control eating by themselves, they might be lost their health, happiness and normal life.

2)How often do you go out with a group for such a heavy dinner?
I used to go out for dinner once or twice a week, but I dont' usually go out these days because of corona pandemic.
Getting older, I became to like light food instead of heavy food.
Actually i don't like belly pork and soju. I like beef and beer.( Belly pork is too fatty and greasy for me.) But my husband really likes belly pork and soju. He goes out for dinner with company once or twice a week. It's unnecessary to say that my husband is overweight as you guess.

3) Are you satisfied with your current weight, or would you like to lose some? What would be the best way for you to lose the weight?
I'm satisfied with my weight even i've gained 1 kilograms more. Now I'm 49~50 kilograms. Anyway I'm in normal weight and it's not big deal. I think the best way to lose the weight is no overeating and exercise. Eating small is easier than exercise a lot. If you eat some vegetables instead of normal meal for dinner, you could be slimmer than now.

If they don';t take care of themselves, the might lose their health, happiness and normal life.

As I get old, I prefer to eat light food instead of heavy food.
