Difficulty of living as a woman (NOT COMPLITED YET)

As a woman working hard these days, making a family is one of my biggest concerns ever. Obviously it never be easy for women both to work and have a baby at the same time. The order I'm getting, the bigger my concern becomes. How long I can work for the company like now? Job markets still prefer guys no matter how much this man or woman are fully qualified. You know why, because woman could or should quite a job soon due to her baby. You know why, because women get paid much less than men even when they have same back ground, same carrier and same qualification so anyway it's reasonable for woman to quite a job and take care of a bay while man work and make a money.
