When you write, you have to make use of pronouns. Pronouns are used to replace nouns in sentences, this will refrain you from using the same word in every sentence. Also, the preposition for a holiday are "on" if you are talking about the day of the holiday and "at" is used when it is seasonal celebration. For example, "on Korea's Thanksgiving Day or on Chuseok" and "at Korea's Thanksgiving", same this goes with "on Christmas Day" and "at Christmas". You can write the composition like this;
Chuseok is Korea's Thanksgiving day. I meet my family (relatives) and we make food. I like Chuseok.
