I usually try to obey the traffic rules because that’s the promise we have to obey. If we just neglect the rules, there should be lots of accidents and victims. When I was university, my father got accident because the driver didn’t follow the rule. So my father has to lie down so many years and we took care of him for 11years. He had passed away five years ago, from that day I always follow the rules not to hurt anybody as well as me.

I was ticketed for violation of the illegal parking two times.
At that time I felt unfair when I got it, because I parked my car just in front of the store to buy some pens and stayed very short time but I have to pay 40,000 for that. There should be some alarms to warn because there are lots of stores but just a few parking places. Where can we park?
Now I live in villa which is different from apartment which has enough parking places for residents. Villa is usually located in dense area with buildings, so there always be crowed with cars. One day I’ve got call from a stranger and he said he bumped my car. I went down in hurry and I called insurance company and they told me I have a fault too, because I parked on the road.
I was really angry. we have parking places only for three cars even though we have 15 houses in our buildings. So I have no choice but to park car on the road in front of my house. This is crazy.
