In February, I booked a flight ticket to go to Spain with my friend. However, we couldn't go to the country because of Covid 19. I expected that the flight company give a refund for us but they said it was not a refundable ticket repeatedly. I didn't understand this even it was a non-refundable ticket, they should refund it because Spain's situation was getting worse. I sent an email for this several times, their answer was same. The only way is I can change the flight route or date. Moreover, my friend lives in Korea and she cancelled the fight which is going to the Netherlands. In that case, I have to change the passenger too and its cost is 100euros. OMG,,,,,,,,,
