The Netherlands furniture price is much higher than Korea. I think Europe's furniture price is more high even the material comes from China but maybe distance is more longer than between Korea and China.
Another difference is tax system. Here is Netherlands we can't get tax refund for buying and consuming.
Only thing can be refund from mortgage. but Korea there are tax refund system when we spend the amount of money and cash, but here there is no tax refund such as spending money and cash.
Especially human labor is really expensive to compare with Korea. All the jobs and work and installation things are expensive. here house price is also high, but interesting is they are living in house, there are not many the apartments. in Korea there are lots of apartments and we prefer to live in apartment. I think Korea population is much higher than Netherlands but the land is limited in what peoples are accommodated. that's why apartment culture is developed.
