writing no.2

The news that I read last night was about a father who died because of COVID-19. He was one of immigrants who had American dream. He got married in his hometown(Bangladesh) and gave a birth to his first son. And then, they moved to America. In the states, they lived happily with two sons and one daughter. He really worked hard as a cab driver in New York, and supported his children. Even after his wife passed away, he continued his working for his children. His sons put a lot of thier efforts to studying and they got into prestigious university, Havard. His daughter was also good at studying in private Trinity school. He was very diligent and hard-working man before COVID-19 attacked him. All of a sudden, he started to feel sick and have fever. Soon he had hard times with breathing and his sons took him to the hospital. He was wearing a ventilator several days and then passed away.

When I read this article, I felt really sad because I am a mother of two sons. I know that nothing can replace the empty father space. I can't even imagine how they have been feeling afther their father died. Even though it is a tragedy, they have to keep going. I hope they get back to their daily lives and get used to with their father's bessing.

COVID-19 is getting better in Korea, but it's getting worse and worse in other countries like UK and US. When it's going to end? How much time do we have to wait until the vaccine comes out? There's nothing that we can assure. I really hope the vaccine is developed soon and there's no more victims.
