Here are the corrections:
-
(x) I happened to saw old friend who went to university with.
(o) I happened to see an old friend whom I went to university with.
Explanation:-
"Happened to saw" → "Happened to see" (use base verb after "happened to").
-
"Old friend" needs an article → "an old friend."
-
"Who" should be "whom" (object of "went to university with").
-
-

Explanation:-
Needs "my" before "way home" for clarity.
-
Add a comma after "morning" for proper sentence structure.
-

Final Edited Text:
I happened to see an old friend whom I went to university with in the morning, on my way home. She and I are five years apart.
She went back to university and changed her major from law to composition. Back then, I used to give her violin lessons, and we also performed on stage with music she composed.
But after graduating, we didn’t stay in touch often. We only met at reunions, weddings, and our friends’ parents' funerals. I’ve always thought she is a good person.
Recently, we realized we live near each other, so we are supposed to catch up soon.
