Why did I resigter Joy English?

My name is Julia.
I am working at the multi-national company.
I always need to use English at work as a official language.
Specially, I’m going business trip to Sweden in May.
My English is not good so I am afraid of using English and avoid to speak in front of people.
But I am trying in many ways to prepare my Sweden trip. I need to express myself and mingle with people there.
I am trying to speak out at the employee meeting and lunch time and listening English vlog. I will do my best.
