I've been walking in the morning since the end of July. When I checked my weight in September, there was no change, which disappointed me a lot. As the doctors mentioned during my health consultation after my medical check-up, my weight might stay the same for a few months even though I exercise every day. However, there was a big change! I went to the hospital with my daughter for her vaccine to protect against human papillomavirus. When I measured my weight, I couldn't believe my eyes.
