MESSAGE: Hi Jenny, when a phone continiously rings it gets connected to a voice prompt at the end of the 22nd ring. I reckon, you heard the last ring which gets automatically connected to the AVR. The prompt also takes another 5 to 10 seconds before a recording get's captured. Maybe that was the reason why you were not able to receive my last call..
