The purpose of this study is to identify the operational status of the pre-service and in-service teachers’ learning community and to derive activation plans. To this end, a survey was conducted on pre-service teachers, in-service teachers, educational professionals, and university professors. The main research results are as follows. First, there are only a small number of respondents who know or have first-hand experience with the pre-service and in-service teachers’ learning community.
