I informed them that we could not perform witness tests last week.
So, they sent an email to inquire about our testing facilities in Baltimore.
For example, Max height of drop testing equipment, Min/Max of temperature testing equipment, Mil-std-810 test method, ETC..
As you might know, Korean office is not ESL lab, and there is not ESL engineer.
For that reason, we can't afford the customer's inquiries.
I think that their schedule seems urgent.
Could you please arrange a conference call with them this week?
Unfortunately, I can't do this because I will quit this week.
