Interview Questions and Answers

Q) How often do you move since you live in Singapore?
H : I’m living here for 7 months. Current home is my first home in Singapore. 
S : I’m living here for 34 years. I moved a lot when I was younger, now I hardly move. I have not moved since (date) in my current accommodations.
K : I’m living in Singapore for 8 years. I seem to move every year and a half. 

Q) Do you have any plan to move in the near future?
H : Yes. In 1 year. 
S : Not in the near future but I’m considering it. Because renting fee is very expensive in Singapore. 
K : Not in the near future.

Q) Why do you search for property frequently? 
H : (H answered that he searches for property once a month.) If there is an area that I am interested in, I try to search for the next house to live. Or, when I go to another area for work, I try to search how much the house rental fee is in that area.
K : (K answered that he searches property once a week.) To find house to live. But the main reason is for the customer because my job is property agent.

Q) How do you get interested in the specific area? And How do you search that area?
H : I got information from my friends and Colleagues. In this case, I search by location name, district name or search filter like price. And, when I go to another area for work, I try to search for that area. In this case, I search by current location.
S : Word of mouth.
K : I search the area that my clients said by entering MRT name in search window.
