I think that they should put their point on the performance of the work.
First, I think that no teacher can see everything about the student. If the teachers are going to give a score by hard work, how would they know? Are they going to watch them 24 hours? They can’t.
Do you think that the teachers should give high grades to the students who have performed well on their homework assignment and test? Or do you think that they should also count how much they worked hard?

Hi Zoe , Giving grades that truly reflect student learning is one of the perennial problems in teaching, and these shifts in thinking about how to gather and report grades can help. I hated assessment, I loathed handing back grades because of what it did to student motivation. Most importantly, I hated feeling like assessment didn’t really matter. It was like putting a lipstick on a pig. Assessments are evidence of learning. The key is in remembering that a single assessment is just part of a larger ecosystem of information that can be used to determine student progress.I go for the progress of the student and on how a student performs in class. If you worked hard, as a teacher; I will see that. If you didn't but I see your progress, I will still give you a grade you deserve.
