when Im tired

When Im tired sometimes I take a nap in the sofa I don't want to take a nap but after work my eyes getting close If I take a nap in the bedroom I will can't seelp well at night that's why I take a nap in the sofa Plus I try to don't drink coffee on weekdays If I want to coffee,I enjoyed decaffeinated coffee so that I can sleep well at night

When I'm tired, I sometimes  take a nap in the sofa. I don't want to take a nap but after work my eyes are getting close. If I take a nap in the bedroom
I won't be able to  sleep  well at night. That's why I take a nap in the sofa. Plus In adddition, try to don't not to drink coffee on weekdays.
