I was super-excited, on the other hand super-worried.
"What should I do to make our 'first life on abroad' easier and happier?"
- Language ability!
I'm willing to listen their words and also to share my thoughts with my friends.
- Working out! Sometimes I lose my energy rapidly. The more energy has gone from me, the more stress has came to me.
Proper exercise makes me inspire to challenge for something and endure some difficulties around me.
Last year, I moved with my family from Korea to Shanghai. I was both super-excited and super-worried about our first time living abroad. One of the things that helped make the transition easier was focusing on my language ability. I made an effort to listen to the words of my new friends and share my own thoughts. Another thing that helped was working out. When I felt my energy levels drop, I would exercise to help me face challenges and difficult situations.
