Before I started working out I often caught a cold and felt unwell
After starting the workout I got out of the cold and gained strength
However the taste of food was so good that I gained more weight than before exercise
These days equipment Pilates is popular in Korea but Pilates performed with bare hands is rarely used. Pilates is good because it holds the line, but it is a little lacking in building muscles So I'm thinking of doing Pilates and weights at the same time

-Before I started exercing, I always got sick and feeling unwell.
After starting the workout I got out of the cold and gained strength
-When I started excersing, I got stronger and didn't get sick anymore.
However the taste of food was so good that I gained more weight than before exercise
-It's good to eat delicious food, so I gained weight before I started exercising.

- These days Pilates is popular here in Korea. I always doing this kind of exercises for me stay healthy and maintain my weight. And iI am always doing it withe the same time.
