Thinking

I wonder if I should quit my job after three years. I am thinking about a early retirement program of my company. I have been working this fields for over 20 years and I am in middle position at there. Of course I know In my age still young and need to earn the money for my family. but I want to have my own time for my self. At company there are a lot of competition and i also know it is so hard to promote the next high position. I gave it a lot of thought. I don't think i am going to do it.
