I have had pilates so many times but my weight is not so slim or more fat thinking to relax to work out. It is such a bummer not to fit especially belly part. From now on i decide not to drink sweet coffee many times also try to eat salad. I miss the time not considering the size of cothes. I am getting old and being pregnant in the past makes not lessen the size of belly. I want to wear clothes whatever i want and feel more light not worrying about pot belly.
